Reid Priddy and Team USA to Face Puerto Rico
This weekend Reid Priddy and the rest of the U.S. Men’s Volleyball team will face off against Puerto Rico in Long Beach, CA as part of FIVB World League play. Priddy, who wears Jetty, explained the current state of the U.S. Men’s Team:
“We are currently on our final weekend of pool-play for the World League Tournament (6 weeks total) and have been all over the world competing. We played No. 1 Brazil four times and beat them two of those four matches. We are playing Puerto Rico this weekend and a couple of wins should clinch our spot in the Final Round, competing for $1 million in Poland next week.”
The matches between the U.S. Men and Puerto Rico will be held July 1-2 at the Walter Pyramid in Long Beach, Calif. Match time is 7pm PST. For more information visit the U.S. Men’s National Team website.
