Mirsky Racing Team Wins in Tiebreaker Final

The Kaenon Polarized sponsored Mirsky Racing Team, led by skipper Torvar Mirsky wearing Klay Tobacco C28, won a sudden death all-Kaenon final against Swede Johnie Berntsson, who was wearing Rhino Black G12, at the Argo Group Gold Cup in Bermuda to claim his second consecutive victory on the 2011 World Match Racing Tour. The win gives Mirsky an opportunity to claim the Series Championship with one event left on the schedule.

“We are now close to Ian (Tour leader Ian Williams) in the points and we have a big chance for the world title so we’ll be fighting for it! Hopefully we can keep on this roll and win in Malaysia too,” said an elated Torvar Mirsky on his chances of winning the overall world title. Mirsky sits third in points going into the final Match Race championship of the season in Malaysia, only 6 points aft of the current leader.
