Kaenon on Display at The President’s Cup
This past weekend in Melbourne, Australia, The President’s Cup set top players, from the US and International fields, in one of the most celebrated golf tournaments of the year. US Team captain, Fred Couples, provided the American team with laid back, but spot-on leadership and decision making throughout the week. Wearing Klay Matte Black G12 Kaenon Polarized sunglasses, Couples navigated the 12-man team to victory, with Tiger Woods clinching the winning point on Sunday over the Greg Norman-led International Team.
Representing Kaenon on the International side, Robert Allenby had a great event, wearing the new Kaenon sunglass style, Hard Kore JM10 C50. While Allenby didn’t earn his way onto the team due to his yearly Tour points, Norman saw the value in bringing him on as one of his two Captain’s Picks, which proved to be a wise choice over the course of the Cup. Though they weren’t able to topple the Americans, Allenby and the team put up a good fight, falling short by 4 points by the week’s end.
