Julien Bontemps Wins at Cadiz, Spain
Longtime Olympic French Windsurfer, Julien Bontemps is showing the world he’s not done yet, in fact, he’s just hitting his stride. Bontemps won the final World Championship at Cadiz, Spain, in the Olympic Windsurfer (RSX Class) before this summer’s London Olympic Games.
Sailing in Hard Kore Black G12, Julien dominated the very windy championship, marking his first world title in over a dozen tries.
Kiwi Olympian JP Tobin finished 3rd, also wearing Hard Kore, establishing this longtime champion as a serious podium threat in London.

Great food, beautiful girls and some fun windsurfing in one of the most beautiful places on earth, Lago di Garda, or Lake Garda. It can’t be all bad living there this time of year. Matt Pritchard – Can we say ouch!
Matt Pritchard and a few of the Maui pro windsurfers came over to California for a week of motocross. Unfortunately Matt came up short on a jump. He had a compound fracture on his right leg and shattered his left leg into over 90 pieces. Here he is wearing Arlo Matte Black G12 sunglasses in between surgeries.
Just got back from another boat trip and it was insane. Good surf and really good wind. Here is the link for the video I made from that trip
Robby Swift – Insane Wave Sailing
Robby Swift on Maui scored some good conditions. Sometimes in the winter the wind blows from the opposite direction of the trade winds. This creates insane port tack windsurfing.
