Carrie Johnson Paddles to Victory at Pan American Games
Carrie Johnson, an Olympic paddler, recently wrote in to let us know how she’s is doing in preparation for the 2012 Olympic Games. It looks to be a promising 2012 for Carrie and the US paddling team.
Words from Carrie: “Last weekend I won the K1 500 and 200m at the Pan American Games. This qualified a position for the US to send a woman to the London Olympics next summer. I will have to defend the position at our Olympic Trials next April.”

K1 500m: 1st
K1 200m: 1st
K2 500m: 1st
Pan-American Games:
K1 500m: 1st
K1 200m: 1st
World Cups:
K1 500m: 6th and 12th
K1 200m: 7th and 9th
World Championships:
K1 500m: 20th
K1 200m: 17th
Carrie Johnson wears Georgia Tobacco Denim fade C12 and Soft Kore Black G12.
